Анотація

В даній роботі розглянуто традиційні та новітні підходи до створення біосенсорів для кількісного визначення деяких з найпоширеніших вуглеводів. Висвітлено сучасні методи іммобілізації біологічного матеріалу на поверхні твердих носіїв (фізичних перетворювачів) з метою пошуку найефективніших тактик для розробки електрохімічних біосенсорів та оптимізації їхньої роботи. Приведено приклади практичного застосування лабораторних прототипів таких аналітичних приладів.
