Анотація

В огляді здійснено критичний аналіз існуючих методів ідентифікації активних метаболітів вітаміну D, серед яких рідинна хроматографія, мас-спектрометрія та імунохімічні методи, в тому числі ELISA. Значну увагу приділено розвитку нових методів, основаних на біосенсорних технологіях. Здійснено стислий аналіз сучасного стану досліджень спрямованих на вивчення ефективності використання вітаміну D та його метаболітів для повноцінного забезпечення ними організму.
